Leadership Is Often Isolating—By Design
Leaders were never designed to carry authority alone. Biblical authority is meant to function through connection with God, healthy community, and internal wholeness. When authority is separated from these anchors, leaders drift into burnout, control, performance pressure, or emotional withdrawal.
Eagles Rest Counseling, LLC provides pastoral counseling in a safe, nonjudgmental, and trustworthy environment for individuals or couples to come and share their most intimate details of their life.
