Begin Immediately
Students may enroll in interactive online self-study courses at any time during the year. These courses provide foundational counseling knowledge and practical tools for ministry settings.
Advance Through Cohort Formation
Our 9-Week Hybrid Cohort (August–November 2026) offers deeper training through live teaching, guided discussion, and community learning.
Integrate Through Mentorship
All enrolled students are invited to participate in our monthly mentorship and integration calls where we discuss real-life application, ethical questions, and leadership development.
Deepen Through Intensives
Students who desire further development may participate in specialized 4-Week Intensives focused on advanced counseling and leadership topics. (Beginning in 2027)
Each step is designed to build upon the previous one, forming leaders who can carry responsibility with wisdom.

Online Self-Study Training
Flexible, structured coursework designed to equip students with foundational pastoral counseling skills.

9-Week Hybrid Cohort (August-November 2026
Our cohort experience provides a deeper level of formation through live instruction, discussion, and guided integration.

Deanna Fullerton
Director, Eagles Rest Counseling Training Center
Deanna Fullerton is a Christian Pastoral Counselor and the founder of Eagles Rest CounslEagles Rest Counseling Training Center. For more than a decade she has worked as a self-employed pastoral counselor and leader, equipping individuals and ministries to navigate complex emotional and spiritual challenges with wisdom.
Her passion is to help Christian leaders grow in both competence and character, developing the maturity required to counsel responsibly and lead with integrity.
Through Eagles Rest Counseling Training Center, she provides training, mentorship, and leadership formation for those who sense a calling to walk alongside others in their most vulnerable seasons.
